Can I shop in person? 

You bet you can! Our mobile boutique is taking appointments for a one-on-one shopping experiences that will give you the best customer service. We will also be popping up at local events and of course our Second Monday here in Bowie. Be sure to follow our social media accounts to see where we will be popping up next!

I like to shop in person. How do I book a time to shop at the mobile boutique?

There is a "make an appointment to shop" at the bottom of our website. However, you can click here to contact us to book a time or you can text or call 940-232-9797. 

What is your current turnaround time?

Our standard estimated turnaround time is anywhere between 9-12 business days. We have lots of items in stock that are ready to ship, but we also have custom items that we will need to create with love for you. You may receive your item(s) before or after our standard turnaround time. But rest assured that we will work hard to give you as quick of a turnaround as we can! Most descriptions should indicate if this item is ready to ship for you, or what our current turnaround time is. If you have any questions feel free to email us at info@jandmdesigns.com

If an item is ready to ship when can I accept my order?

Ready to ship items will be processed within 48 business hours of receiving the order. We do not fill orders Saturday, Sunday or federal holidays. 

Why should I pre-order? 

We offer lots of pre-orders on our apparel & accessories. We are a small business & try to keep our overhead to a minimum. A pre-order usually takes place when we are launching a shirt or other apparel. This guarantees you the size you are wanting. Once the pre-order closes, our inventory, and sizes may be limited. We encourage you shop pre-orders to purchase exactly what you want!

Why does my item look different from the pictures on your website? 

Depending on whether you are looking on our website on your phone, tablet, or computer, the color settings on the device could vary from the actual color. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact us.
