Returns & Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 14 business days of the product being shipped or available for local pickup. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a full or partial refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted/Seasonal sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Handmade items, custom orders, etc., are not eligible for returns. 

Return Process

The quickest way to initiate a return is to log in to your account and start the process. It is easy. Simple click the link here:

If you do not have an account, you can initiate a return by completing the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items securely, including your proof of purchase, back to us using the label provided.

Please note shipping expenses to mail back the return(s)/exchange(s) are to be paid by you, the customer, and we will gladly pay the return shipping to get you the correct size.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3-4 days from the arrival of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

Handmade Items

Please remember all handmade items are handmade and may come with slight imperfections. We pride ourselves in providing the best quality we possibly can, and all products are inspected numerous times with our quality control test. Handmade items are not eligible for return. To avoid sizing issues, we recommend you always measure your littles before ordering any handmade clothes. We want to make your shopping experience with us the best it can be. If you are needing an exchange and we are featuring different sizes in our mobile boutique, please reach out to us. We can discuss an exchange but reserve the right to decline. 

Custom pacifier clips, keychains, teethers, etc., are not eligible for returns. If your pacifier clip comes untied for whatever reason and you have all of the beads plus the clip, we do offer to put the clip back together for you for free.
