Shipping policy

Because many of our items are made to order, please allow 10–14 business days for processing before your order ships. This production time allows us to create and prepare your items with care.

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Shipping transit times shown at checkout begin after your order has been shipped, and are determined by the carrier selected at checkout.

If your order contains a pre-order or backordered item, your shipment may be delayed until all items in the order are available to ship.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
